2. Product Information (Online Store)

  • We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, though minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Ticketing Services (TrueEvents)

TrueMart acts solely as a ticketing intermediary, not the organiser or promoter of any event. All event details and responsibilities lie with the event organiser.

     3.1 Ticket Purchase & Delivery
  • Tickets are sold subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser.
  • Once payment is received, tickets are issued via email.
  • You must provide accurate contact information to receive your tickets.
  • Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly allowed.
     3.2 Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
  • Organisers must notify TrueMart of cancellations, rescheduling, or significant changes.
  • If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, TrueMart will facilitate refunds on behalf of the organiser.
  • Refunds follow the organiser’s refund policy and UK consumer laws.
  • Booking or service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • TrueMart will release funds to organisers only after the event is completed, subject to dispute resolution if applicable.

4. ​Placing an Orders

  1. Orders can be placed only through our website.
  2. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
  3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the pricing was displayed incorrectly due to an error.

5. Pricing and Payments

  1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
  2. We accept secure online payments via Stripe.
  3. Full payment must be made at checkout for the order to be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
  2. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  3. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address entries or courier issues.
  4. Orders may qualify for free shipping depending on promotions or cart value.

7. Returns & Cancellations

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition and packaging.
  2. Items such as cosmetics or personal care items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
