How to report illegal or harmful content on TrueMart.
Reporting a review
To report a product review, use the flag icon on the review itself. You will need to be signed in. Select the reason and provide any additional details.
We aim to review all reports within 5 working days. If the content violates our guidelines, it will be removed. You will not be notified of the outcome to protect the privacy of all parties involved.
Reporting other content
If you find illegal or harmful content elsewhere on TrueMart (product listings, blog posts, images, or any other area), please email [email protected] with:
- The URL of the page
- A description of the content
- Why you believe it is illegal or harmful
