Standard Delivery
Via Royal Mail Tracked 48Tracked delivery with SMS and email notifications. Your order is dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Royal Mail then delivers within 2–3 working days of dispatch, including Saturdays.
Express Delivery
Via Royal Mail Tracked 24Priority tracked delivery. Your order is dispatched within 1 working day of purchase. Royal Mail then delivers within 1–2 working days of dispatch, including Saturdays.
Collect from TrueMart Store
Always FREEPay online and collect from our store. Available when all items in your order are sold by TrueMart. Your order will be ready once we confirm dispatch.

How delivery dates are calculated
When you choose a delivery method at checkout, we calculate your estimated delivery date in real time based on the following:
Dispatch
Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Express orders within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Royal Mail transit
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivers within 2–3 working days and Tracked 24 within 1–2 working days. Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.
Bank holidays
UK bank holidays are automatically excluded from all calculations. If a holiday falls within your delivery window, your estimated date is adjusted and a delay notice is shown at checkout.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom served by Royal Mail — including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands.
Delivery to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetland and the Channel Islands may take slightly longer than the standard timeframes shown.
TrueMart currently delivers to UK addresses only — including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Festival & peak season delays
During major festivals such as Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, and Holi, we experience significantly higher order volumes. While we always aim to dispatch within our standard SLA, we recommend ordering early during these periods to avoid any disappointment.
We will always notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you are not in when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a card and either take the parcel to your local delivery office or attempt a redelivery. You can:
- •Collect from your local Royal Mail delivery office (details on the card left)
- •Arrange a free redelivery on the Royal Mail website using your tracking number
- •Request delivery to a neighbour or safe place via the Royal Mail app
