Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we serve customers across the UK. While we currently don’t offer international shipping, we’re actively working on expanding our reach worldwide. Stay tuned — TrueMart will soon be bringing Indian products to more homes around the globe!

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Delivery times depend on the service you select. Standard Delivery arrives in 3–5 working days, while Express Delivery takes just 2–3 working days.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email—or simply head to your order summary page to track your delivery there.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal for a secure and easy checkout.

Q: Is it safe to shop on TrueMart?

Q: Can I return a product?

A: Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Q: Are all products returnable?
