By using our ticketing service or purchasing tickets through TrueMart, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.

1. Role of TrueMart

TrueMart acts solely as a ticketing platform facilitating the sale of event tickets on behalf of third-party organisers. We are not the organiser, promoter, or host of the events listed on our website. All event details are provided by the organisers. TrueMart bears no responsibility for the planning, quality, content, legality, or delivery of any event.

2. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

- Tickets are sold subject to availability and at the discretion of the event organiser.

- Once payment is received, tickets will be issued via email with a unique confirmation number and/or QR code.

- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information to ensure successful ticket delivery.

- Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly permitted.

3. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

- Event organisers are responsible for notifying TrueMart of any changes, cancellations, or postponements.

- In the event of cancellation or major change, TrueMart will facilitate refunds on behalf of the organiser.

- Refunds are subject to the organiser's policy and UK consumer protection laws.

- Service or booking fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Responsibilities & Disclaimer

- TrueMart is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense resulting from attendance or inability to attend an event.

- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or fulfilment of any event.

- Any claims related to the event should be directed to the organiser.

- Attendance is at your own risk and subject to the venue’s rules and applicable laws.

5. Payment & Fees

- All ticket prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

- TrueMart may charge a booking or service fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

- We collect personal data necessary for ticketing and communication (e.g., name, email).

- By purchasing a ticket, you consent to TrueMart processing your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- We may share attendee data with the event organiser strictly for event-related purposes.

7. Force Majeure

TrueMart shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the ticketing service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
