How Selling Works on TrueMart
No technical skills needed - send your products, we handle the listing
Step 1: Sign Up as a Vendor
Create your TrueMart seller account by providing your business details and verifying HMRC registration. You’ll also share your bank account for secure payouts.
Step 2: Send Your Product Details
Email your product information to TrueMart, including images, descriptions, prices, and stock details. Our team will review your submission to ensure it meets our platform standards.
Step 3: TrueMart Lists Your Products
Our team uploads your products to the platform, making them live for the UK Indian community to browse and purchase. This ensures listings are professional and consistent across the marketplace.
Step 4: Receive Orders Notification
Whenever a customer places an order, you’ll be notified immediately via email. TrueMart handles the checkout process securely, including payment processing.
Step 5: Ship Your Products
Prepare the order and ship it to the customer. You can choose your preferred delivery method. Clear communication ensures timely delivery and happy customers.
Step 6: Get Paid
After the sale is completed, TrueMart deducts commission and payment gateway fees and transfers the remaining earnings directly to your bank account. Payouts are regular, transparent, and hassle-free.

No. Our pricing is simple and transparent. You only pay the commission and payment gateway fee per sale (and a subscription fee if you choose the Professional Plan).
Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. After deducting the commission and gateway fee, your earnings are transferred directly to your bank account on a regular payout schedule.

Yes. All vendors must be registered with HMRC before selling on TrueMart. This ensures your business is compliant with UK law, including tax obligations. If you’re just starting out, registering as a sole trader with HMRC is quick, free, and straightforward.
Pay-As-You-Go Plan: No. You only pay commission and payment gateway fees on successful sales. If you don’t sell, you don’t pay anything.
Monthly Plan: Yes. The monthly subscription fee applies whether or not you make sales, since it covers your access to premium features and lower commission rates.
If a customer requests a refund or return, it will be handled in line with TrueMart’s return and refund policy. Any commission we charged on the sale will be returned to you, but please note that payment gateway fees (1.5% + £0.20) are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by the payment provider.
Yes. In addition to physical products, TrueMart will also support services (e.g., classes, events, or appointments) — available in selected categories.
